Leslie Richardson Sr. is the founding Pastor of Denver’s only discipleship center, My Father’s House ICDC. He has trained disciples in Kingdom Ministry well over twenty five years. He works with ministries across the country, crossing over various denominational boundaries.
He has a Bachelors of Arts in Biblical studies, he is working on earning his Masters and hopes to eventually earn his Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling. Leslie possesses the unique gifting of flowing in the fullness of five fold ministry.
He has been in full time ministry since 1997, after matriculating through corporate America. There he gained vast professional experience by working with the following companies: General Motors, Ford, IBM, Federal Express, and United Airlines.
Leslie is certified as an instructor of the OZ Principle, and was certified as a Counselor of Life Skills International. He was a personal friend and student of the late Doctor Paul Hegstrom, who was the founder of Life Skills International.
He has now responded to the call of God on his life, to raise up “Leaders of Leaders.” Thus, he is the founder of the Christian Leadership Development Institute (CLDI). Working with his team, God has opened up the next level of leadership to he, and his awesome team at CLDI.
The business model of CLDI, is uniquely equipped to impact any existing vision model, and complement its existing vision with extraordinary results. CLDI is always looking for people, who have a desire to raise the standard in Christian Leadership Development.
